Student's Pass

Picture

Student's Pass Application
Step 1: Once we have received your passport copy, ESSEC Singapore will advise you by email on the student's pass application procedures

Step 2: After receiving the email, please log on to the SOLAR system on the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website, with your assigned SOLAR application number and your personal particulars.

Step 3: Complete the student's pass application (eform 16), submit and make the payment of $30 to ICA for processing

Step 4: ESSEC will send you an email to inform you about the outcome. Once your student's pass is approved, you will be required to submit a copy of your IPA letter together with a valid insurance certificate to sg.pre-arrival@essec.edu once you have downloaded it.

Step 5: Submit the medical report (if applicable), make an e-appointment with ICA using the details provided in the IPA letter and make payment for your student's pass issuance fee ($60) and multiple journey visa ($30).

Step 6: Complete the formalities at the ICA Building on the appointed date.

It takes time to process a student's pass, hence it is vital to submit all the required documents on time. Late submission will delay the application of your student's pass. Without the IPA, students are not allowed to commence their studies in Singapore. So, it is important to obtain your IPA letter before booking your flight to Singapore.
