Renewals
  • Renew online within 5 days before the due date
  • How to renew? 
  • Renewal is permitted if the book is not overdue.
  • Renewal is permitted if the book is not reserved by another user.
Returns
  • Return  the book at the Learning Center Desk
  • Return the book at the Book Drop when Learning Center is closed or when the Librarian is not at the Desk
Overdue Loans
  • The Learning Center Computer System sends you an email when your loan is overdue
  • No loans are permitted when you have overdue items
  • If the loan is overdue for more than 12 days, your access to MyEssec will be suspended
Bloomberg Computer
  • Book your time slot, at the Learning Center Desk, to use the Bloomberg Computer
  • Only a same day booking of one 45 minute slot per person is permitted
  • For academic use only
Printers
  • Location: inside the Learning Center & near Classroom 9 (level 4)
  • To send your print job, use ESSEC Computers inside the Learning Center & near Classroom 9
  • Download your document onto the computer before printing
  • Clear your downloaded document from the download folder of the computer
  • Follow the “How To Print” instructions pasted near the printers
  • Plan early to print out your materials so as to avoid a last minute rush & long queues to print
